Important service upgrade message

You’ll enjoy even more ease and convenience starting Monday, May 15, 2017. Because of our new upgrade, Bill Pay will be unavailable from Thursday, May 11 at 4:00pm to Monday, May 15 at 8:00am. If you have any payments during that time, pay before May 11 or they will be made on May 15, 2017.

Mobile App

If you use bill pay on the LMCU Mobile App (Android or iOS), make sure your app software is updated after May 15, 2017 to continue using the service uninterrupted. In most cases, the app should update automatically unless you have automatic app updates disabled in your device settings.

About the upgrade

  • We’re upgrading the system to make paying bills online easier and more intuitive than ever.
  • All previous account information, contacts, payment schedules and payee lists will automatically migrate to the new Bill Pay system without the need to do anything yourself.
  • FREE to members with monthly Direct Deposit (otherwise $5.95 per month fee)
  • If you have recurring or automatic payments scheduled during the blackout period, those transactions will be completed on May 15. If that puts you overdue, you should manually make the necessary payments, or schedule them before May 11.
